Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy establishes the terms under which Bull & Thorn Metaphysical Services (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides refunds, store credits, replacements, or cancellations for products, services, ceremonies, counseling, readings, and custom work. By purchasing through our website, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Our goal is to balance fairness to our clients with the time, preparation, and energy that go into our services and products.

Physical Products

• Return Window: Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Condition of Return: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• Refund Method: Approved returns are issued as store credit only; no cash refunds.

• Damaged or Missing Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or credit will be issued at no cost.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, ritual tools, or products altered for the buyer are final sale.

General Service Bookings

• Booking & Payment:

  • All services must be booked online.

  • Payment (in full or deposit) is required at the time of booking.

• Rush Bookings: Appointments made within 7 days of the desired time may incur additional fees.

 Counseling & Guidance

• Out-of-Network Provider: Payment is due at booking. Superbills may be issued for insurance reimbursement.

• Cancellations/Reschedules: Require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Less Than 24 Hours or No-Shows: Payment is forfeited.

• Completed Sessions: Non-refundable under any circumstance.

Ceremonies & Rituals

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at booking; it is non-refundable.

• Cancellations:

  • Cancel 7+ days before: Remaining balance is refunded; deposit is retained.

  • Cancel within 7 days: Full payment is non-refundable.

• Provider Cancellations: If Bull & Thorn must cancel due to illness, emergency, or severe weather, the client may choose to reschedule, substitute service, or receive a full refund.

Readings & Divination

• Cancellations:

  • Cancel 24+ hours before: Eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before or no-shows: Payment forfeited.

• Completed Readings: Non-refundable.

 Custom Spellwork & Ritual Tools

• Final Sale: Once work begins, all custom spellwork and ritual tools are non-refundable.

• Pre-Work Cancellations: Eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

• Delivery Issues: If a custom item is damaged or lost in transit, replacement or store credit will be issued.

Rescheduling

• Timeframe: Rescheduling must be completed within 6 months of the original booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Limitations: Multiple reschedules may be declined at our discretion.

 Additional Conditions

• Payment Method: All refunds and store credits are processed in USD and applied to the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing Time: Refunds or credits typically process within 7–10 business days once approved.

• Legal Rights: Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy limits your legal rights under Maryland state or U.S. consumer protection laws.

• Conduct & Safety: Services may be declined if unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior occurs; payments in such cases will not be refunded.
