• Special Items Restriction: Items such as smoke, athames, swords, or ritual tools are for ritual and replacement purposes only and may only be purchased by individuals 21 years or older.

• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, hack, or exploit the website in any way.

• Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, threats, profanity, hate speech, or any abusive behavior on our website or in communications is strictly prohibited. Violations of these terms may result in a $250 fine per occurrence, billed directly to your account.

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion if misuse, unsafe conduct, or violation of these rules occurs.

Services Disclaimer

• All services (including counseling, readings, rituals, and ceremonies) are provided for personal growth, education, and entertainment purposes only.

• Our services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Please consult licensed professionals for those needs.

 Service-Specific Legal Disclaimers

• You acknowledge that outcomes of any service, including but not limited to:

  • Marriage Officiant / Handfasting / Union Ceremonies

  • Funeral, Memorial, or Celebration of Life Services

  • Baptisms, Namings, Wiccanings

  • Blessings for homes, businesses, or pets

  • Coming of Age, Croning, Saging, or Transition Rituals

  • Divorce or Cord-Cutting Rituals

  • Spiritual Life Coaching / Pastoral Counseling / Relationship Counseling

  • Grief, Shadow Work, or Crisis Guidance

  • Tarot, Palm, Pendulum, or Dream Readings

  • Custom Spell Crafting, Spell Jars, Mojo Bags, Candle Rituals
    may vary depending on personal effort, belief, participation, or circumstance.

• Services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• By booking, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own actions and results, and you release Bull & Thorn from any liability arising from your participation.

• Payment for all services must be completed prior to the scheduled appointment. Completed services are non-refundable.

 Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Credit Card Liability: You are responsible for all charges made using your payment method. Bull & Thorn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused credit cards. By making a purchase, you accept full liability for any charges applied to your account.

• Chargeback Liability: Customers are fully responsible for any chargebacks initiated. Any chargebacks will result in the customer being liable for the full amount of the transaction, plus any fees incurred, and may result in legal action if necessary.

• We reserve the right to update pricing or introduce new fees with or without prior notice.

 Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, rituals, curriculum, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Bull & Thorn Metaphysical Services unless otherwise credited.

• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.

Shipping, Refunds & Cancellations

• Our policies on Shipping, Refunds, and Cancellations are detailed separately. By using our services or ordering products, you agree to those terms as part of these T&C.

Limitation of Liability

• Bull & Thorn Metaphysical Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

• We make no guarantees about outcomes of spiritual work, readings, or rituals, which depend on personal belief, effort, and circumstances beyond our control.
