Cancellation Policy

Bull and Thorn Metaphysical Services Cumberland, Maryland We provide spiritual services, ceremonies, guidance, and custom products with care. The following policies apply: Booking & Payment All services must be booked online. Payment or deposit confirms your appointment. Rush bookings (within 7 days) may include additional fees. Ceremonies & Rituals 50% deposit required at booking — non-refundable. Cancel 7+ days before: balance refunded; deposit retained. Cancel within 7 days: full payment non-refundable. If Bull and Thorn cancels due to illness, emergency, or severe weather, we will reschedule, provide a substitute, or refund in full. Counseling & Guidance Out-of-network provider; payment required at booking. Superbills available for insurance reimbursement. Cancellations/reschedules require 24 hours’ notice; less notice or no-shows forfeit payment. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Counseling can also be billed outside booking arrangements. Readings & Divination Cancel 24+ hours in advance: reschedule or refund. Less than 24 hours or no-shows: payment forfeited. Custom Spellwork & Ritual Tools All sales final once work has begun. Cancellations before work starts may be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Product Orders & Shipping Returns accepted; buyer pays return shipping. Broken/missing items reported within 7 days: all fees waived, store credit issued. No refunds for completed counseling sessions. Rescheduling Requests accommodated within above timeframes; must be completed within 6 months unless agreed. Conduct & Safety Services may be declined if environment is unsafe or discriminatory; payment not refunded. By booking or purchasing, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
