Majors & Minors

The Thorn Academy of Magic

Embrace the Mystical

At The Thorn Academy of Magic, you have the power to craft your own path. Choose a Major to specialize deeply and a Minor to explore complementary areas of study. Our 7-year curriculum is designed to balance theory, practice, and personal growth, preparing you for mastery in the magical arts.

Section 1: Majors

Your Primary Focus
A Major is your heart—your main magical discipline. Completing a Major ensures deep mastery, advanced practice, and leadership readiness.

If your Major is Divination, you’ll move from tarot basics in Year 1 to advanced dreamwork, astrology, and independent divination research by Year 7.

Section 2: Minors

Your Secondary Focus
A Minor complements your Major, broadening your perspective without the full intensity.

  • Requirement: Complete 35% of classes in your chosen department.

  • Duration: 7 years, integrated alongside your Major.
